The Fresh & Easy website says that the Alhambra location of this budget grocery chain will open January 14th. I’m curious about this British-owned market, which seems to be a cross of Trader Joes and Aldi markets. Supposedly Fresh & Easy has fresh foods at low prices and a happening ready-made aisle.
